The centre was opened last year to the public, but this Tuesday was the official launch.

The One Show aired last night on BBC 1 and featured our Straw Bale Housing Project in Shirehampton.
The programme highlighted how straw bale housing could be the solution to affordable housing.
White Design made the news today as the BBC visited one of our projects on site. Last Tuesday morning the news team and their cameras came to the sight in Portway and interviewed Craig.
Their story centered around the development of seven new town houses in Bristol that are the first of their kind ever to be sold on the UK open market.

All Saints Academy is an extend and retrofit secondary school in Plymouth, with BAM Construction, and a project value of £11.3 million.
The project comprised of three phases, and the landscape, the final phase, is now complete.

The Green Building Solutions Awards aim to promote and reward innovation in sustainable construction. The contest proposed 4 categories: Efficient Building, Energy Efficiency Management, Materials and Building Systems, Innovative Processes. Various actors participated: architects, contractors, real estate companies, thermal consultancy agencies, and even industrials. They submitted all kind of buildings and original solutions.
After a site visit last week down in Dorset, we are pleased to see progress continuing on site at Hardy's Birthplace Visitor Centre.
