Phase 2 of works to develop May Park Primary School in Easton, Bristol have been successfully handed over to the school. As the largest phase of the development the hand over included; a new 16 classroom building with sports hall and office facilities, external all weather sports pitch, landscaping and new car park.

Hand over comes less than a year after the Phase 1 4-classroom straw bale extension to the existing school was completed and the client is delighted with the “brilliant building” which they have been provided with. The final phase of work to the school has already started with the existing school building receiving total renovation works due to be completed shortly after the new year.

White Design are working in partnership with Skanska Construction to provide new school facilities for Bristol City Council having recently gained planning permission for 2 new classroom extensions just down the road at Glenfrome Primary School.
